Fact-checking the Fact-checkers on the $3.8 Trillion Obama Tax Hike by Sarah Palin
Submitted by Editor on Thu, 08/05/2010 - 13:36Yesterday, PolitiFact.com fact-checked my statement about the coming $3.8 trillion Obama tax hike – the largest tax increase in history. They did such a bad job of it, however, that I feel compelled to fact-check the fact-checkers.
First of all, they claim that there are Democrat proposals which would “keep the tax cuts for individuals who make less than $200,000 and couples who make less than $250,000.”
Another bailout, this time for community banks is coming your way.
Submitted by Editor on Sun, 08/01/2010 - 14:55WASHINGTON – People are fed up with bank bailouts that risk taxpayer billions. The government's apparent solution: call them something else.
Congress is at work on a new program that would send $30 billion to struggling community banks, in a process similar to the huge federal bailouts of big banks during the financial crisis. This time, money is more likely to disappear as a result of bank failures or fraud.
Do we still have treason charges?
Submitted by Editor on Tue, 07/27/2010 - 21:22Thousands of secret military documents were released Sunday by a web-based organization, a gigantic leak of classified information that appeared to present a bleak view of Afghanistan war and could have a profound impact on the public perception of the conflict.
The release of the documents, which were obtained and made public by the website WikiLeaks, evoked the Pentagon Papers, the secret history of the Vietnam War, which when published contradicted the public narrative of that war and played a role in turning public opinion against it.
Civics lesson - the budget deficit, whose deficit is it?
Submitted by Editor on Thu, 07/22/2010 - 20:47The Washington Post babbled again today about Obama inheriting a huge deficit from Bush. Amazingly enough,...... A lot of people swallow this nonsense. So once more, a short civics lesson.
Steve Wynn takes on Washington, do you?
Submitted by Editor on Thu, 07/22/2010 - 20:42A successful US businessman speaks out with his observations and his wallet
Who is Steve Wynn, and why is he saying this?
What’s equally amazing is that CNBC actually aired this—CNBC, one of the WH’s favorite propaganda machines!
It was not even 2 hours after Steve Wynn's interview that he received a invitation from the tenants at 1600 Pennsylvania Blvd, Washington , DC . 20500 wanting him to explain in person why he said what he said!!!

Dennis “the menace” McNerney has turned into Dennis ‘the Geese killer” McNerney.
Submitted by Editor on Sat, 07/10/2010 - 18:58Elections must be approaching fast since Dennis “the menace” McNerney has turned into Dennis ‘the Geese killer” McNerney. It is a strange evolution bearing in mind that it is Dennis ‘the Geese killer” McNerney whose job is on the line. Instead of gassing Canadian geese in Bergen County Dennis ‘the Geese killer” McNerney should have been playing nice to our older residents bringing them coffee and cookies in nursing homes.
General McChrystal vs President Obama (biographies compared)
Submitted by Editor on Sat, 07/10/2010 - 10:15We already indicated our outrage over dismissal of Gen. McChrystal, an American hero over his remarks printed in the Rolling Stone magazine of all places. We published the following comments before:
President Obama – failed leadership
Submitted by Editor on Thu, 07/08/2010 - 21:17Our teleprompter President once again has not made a decision about important national security issue. This one is about the Russian spies swap orchestrated by the Department of Justice and CIA with Russia. President Obama has been briefed on the matter. Nobody knows if he decided anything.
Brutal Democrats led by McNerney are killing geese in Bergen County. Who is next?
Submitted by Editor on Thu, 07/08/2010 - 20:38From Robert Hermansen's desk: Last night was our only Freeholder meeting for the month of July. There was discussion on how the County gassed and shot the geese in some of our County parks in order to thin the population. The taxpayer footed the bill and we only knew it happened thanks to people's e-mails. There were no line items in the budget. I'm calling again for everything to have a line item so we know where we are spending your money.
