Rob Hermansen: So meeting tonight was interesting. Eveything seemed to be moving along rather smoothly until I stated that I still did not get the budget line item for line item. Well, all hell broke loose, accusing me of being a showman that this was planned and I waited right until the end on purpose. Well, all I wanted was a budget. I have come to find what I want does not exist. So my goal is to make sure it will for next year.

Rob Hermansen: How do we know who is spending what and where it is being spent without the proper line items detailing what the money is being spent on. I have heard of creative accounting but not mystery accounting. Chairman Carroll was annoyed he thought I staged this, I didn't. I was just looking for an answer to my question. I guess when they can not answer the question they try make you look bad.
